Helping Macmillan Cancer Support reach its goals

Macmillan Cancer Support is dedicated to improving the lives of people living with cancer, their families and their carers. Macmillan works to provide vital support to those who need it most. In fact, Macmillan has a goal to reach and improve the lives of everyone living with cancer by the year 2010.

One of the main fundraising events is the World's Biggest Coffee Morning, now in its 18th year. By hosting coffee mornings with friends, family members and colleagues - at work, at school or at home - organisers can ask guests to make a donation in return for a cuppa.

Nambarrie is delighted to support the annual event by supplying free packs of teabags to anyone organising a coffee morning. This means that more money can be donated to Macmillan and Nambarrie can use its name to help spread the message to a wider audience.

Plus, supporters get to enjoy the great taste of Nambarrie on the day!

This year, the World's Biggest Coffee Morning took place on 26 September 2008 and was a huge success. The money raised will go a long way towards providing practical, medical, emotional and financial support for people living with cancer.
